With over 15 years of experience and more than 10,000 personal training sessions John has helped hundreds of individuals achieve their fitness goals! His core focus is creating healthy habits within the gym that empower an individual's mind and body in their everyday life. From injury rehab, weight loss, strength training, flexibility, toning, and nutritional guidance coach John has professional as well as personal experience in every aspect of wellness. Our mission at Local Fit is to supply a welcoming environment for the Seattle community to improve their health and wellbeing. Our goal is to educate our members that overall health is more than just a fitness goal – it's about diversification, camaraderie, reenergizing, recovering, and challenging your body and mind.
